How To Configure Multiple Pricelists In Odoo 13 ?

It is very important for a successful business to have pricing of products. Sometimes business changes the prices of popular products during different occasions, seasons and due to some other factors as well.

This blog is related to how to configure multiple pricelists In Odoo 13 Enterprise ; Please check the procedure and their description alongside with their respective screen-shots.

First Go To Sale > Configuration > Click on Settings

Now Go To Under Pricing Section > Tick on the Price-lists Checkbox

Now here you will see there are two options.

Advanced price rules

Now click on the first option of Multiple prices per product and click on Save Button

Now Go To Pricelist either directly clicking on Pricelists button or go to Products > and click on Pricelists.

Now click on Create button

For instance ,I have selected a product, Which is a Conference Chair, Here product sales price is $ 16.50

Goto Product and set Sales Price In Odoo 13

Here I have created a pricelist with the name of My Customers with the product of Conference Chair and I have set the price is $ 14.00 ,here you can set product variant ,min. quantity ,start date and end date, so these are the criteria that you want to apply pricelist according to conditions ,but here I have taken simple scenario ,where I have set only product and it’s price ,after completing this click on Save Button.

Now go back to the Pricelists Section ,and select on Public Pricelist ,click on Edit Button,here I have added a Conference Chair product with $ 18.00 and click on Save Button ,so this product is available for every customer ,whose pricelist is selected Public.

Now Go to Contacts, Here I have selected Azure Interior Customer. Click on Sale & Purchase tab now add your pricelist, Which we have created recently and click on Save button.

Now Go to Sales Quotation ,and create it with Azure Interior as a customer ,by selecting that customer your pricelist will add automatically ,now add product of conference chair ,here you will see that In our My Customers pricelist we have set product unit price at $ 14.00 ,so this unit price is applied automatically according to our pricelist.
